The Photonics Society is committed to a safe conference environment as we come back to in-person events. Attendees to Summer Topicals will be asked to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival in Mexico. A registered nurse will be onsite at the registration desk to verify vaccinations. COVID-19 Antigen Testing for return travel will be available on Tuesday, 12 July and Wednesday, 13 July from 8:00am – 2:00pm.
- Location: Hotel Ballroom
- Cost: $30 USD per Antigen Test
- Testing Fee can be charged to your hotel room or paid in cash at the time of the test (Pesos or USD)
*If a PCR test is needed for return travel, please contact the concierge desk 48 hours prior to your departure to schedule the test. The cost for each PCR test is $220 USD.

Refund Policy
To request a refund, please email SUMreg@ieee.org stating the registrant’s name and the payment amount. There is a non-refundable service charge of USD $50.00 for processing refunds. Requests for registration cancellation must be received by June 30, 2022. No requests for refunds will be accepted after this date.
Copyrights
If your paper is accepted, you will be prompted to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) at a later date. Failure to complete the copyright form will result in your paper being withheld from IEEE Xplore.
